Remove Exchange Account

  1. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  2. Tap the Exchange Account you want to remove.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm by tapping Delete Account again.

Note: Steps may vary by device. Look for 'Corporate Account'.

  1. Go to Applications > Email.
  2. Open settings and tap Accounts.
  3. Press and hold the Exchange Account.
  4. Tap Remove Account and confirm.
  1. Open Apple Mail or Calendar.
  2. Click Mail/Calendar in the top menu > Preferences.
  3. Click Accounts.
  4. Select the account and click the minus (-) sign.
  5. Confirm removal.
  1. Open Outlook 2011.
  2. Go to Tools > Accounts.
  3. Select the account and click the minus (-) sign.
  4. Click Delete to finish.

Export Email Addresses to Excel

Export messages from an Outlook folder to Excel to create distribution lists or whitelists.

  1. File > Import and Export.
  2. Export to a file > Next.
  3. Choose Microsoft Excel 97-2003 > Next.
  4. Select the folder to export > Next.
  5. Click Browse, name the file EXPORT ADDRESSES, click OK > Next.
  6. Click Map Custom Fields. (If grayed out, check 'Export E-Mail messages').
  7. Click Clear Map.
  8. Drag From: (Address) from left to right. Click OK.
  9. Click Finish.

  1. File > Options > Advanced.
  2. In Export section, click Export.
  3. Export to a file > Next.
  4. Choose Microsoft Excel 97-2003 > Next.
  5. Select the folder to export > Next.
  6. Click Browse, name it EXPORT ADDRESSES, click OK > Next.
  7. Click Map Custom Fields.
  8. Click Clear Map.
  9. Drag From: (Address) to the right list. Click OK.
  10. Click Finish.

  1. Open EXPORT ADDRESSES.xls.
  2. Delete Row 1 (Header).
  3. Select Column A. Data > Sort A to Z.
  4. Data > Remove Duplicates.
  5. Delete any invalid addresses.
  6. Save the file.
Tip: For Barracuda whitelisting, you can use just the domain part (e.g., lists.psu.edu instead of the full address).
